Traveling for work last week, so took it as a sign to do some rest on the knee. Had a layover in Iceland on the way back, wasn't going to miss the change to cross a country off, so I did 2.4 along the harbor in total darkness at 7:30AM Sat. Then did 3 + bike on Sun at the gym, and today was just bike. Trying to see if putting some distance back on works well with the knee or not this week.
