Yesterday morning- 1hr. of yoga/pilates. 2 miles on TM including .5 miles walking backwards on the TM. I really love to do this. I can totally feel this in my legs! And then I taught a 45 minute class in the afternoon.Today was a quick three miles outside (YIPPIE!) at a 9:57 pace.
