What can I pay with?

Hey all, I'm a few days away from going to WDW ...leaving on Fri (the 19th) and coming back on Sun...I was planning on buying my theme park tickets with my debit card which is also a mastercard...will i be able to use it? I wasn't worried about it but now my mom put doubts into my mind about whether debit cards are accepted...I told her that since it's also a mastercard there should be no problem but I just wanted to make sure before I left...any input would be great! Thanks!

If it is also the type that is a MC. Then you are fine.

You might just want to verify with your bank that there is no pre-sent ceiling for same-day spending. If it's being used as credit then I don't think there would be. The thing to remember (in fact what makes debit cards so great) is that they're ATM, Debit, & Credit cards all at the same time so, what you're holding is no different from any MC Credit card to a computer that doesn't recognize anything else.

Yeah thats what I told my mom, that if anything I'll use it as a credit card, because it IS a credit card also :lol: ...i remember i went to best buy to buy a gift and the thing u slide ur card through said if i wanted to use the card as debit or credit so thats how i figured i should be fine...i dont think im spending alot on one day cuz for example this sat i know im gonna spend 50 something on the theme park ticket to MK...but other than that i dont think ill be using my credit/debit card...unless i wanna shop :lol:

I use my debit card at WDW all the time. they'll process it as a credit card but it should work like a debit card... (sorry, but we only have a 'credit card' key on our little terminals, lol...)

if not then, well, you've established credit.

Just a note to let you know that you can purchase your tickets at a discount from my site. you can have them dropped off right at your hotel and it will save you money.
