What attraction should be updated next at Epcot?

if they reshot it, it would still be eventually dated in a way that rides like Space Mountain and Thunder Mountain will never be. Celebrities age, that's a fact. You could shoot a new film tomorrow with younger celebrities and the problem would just repeat itself over time. Not to mention celebrities tend to fall out of favor with the public. One could potentially be in scandal that could force a ride to shut down. Celebrities= short term.

I would love to see a version of Rat in France, replacing Impressions. If it's inevitable that Epcot is being Magic Kingdom-ified, we might as well have solid e-tickets in World Showcase.

Has anyone ridden Rat? The reviews seem pretty good, but the POV videos are hard to judge by, since you can't really tell what things look like in the actual 3D.

Tough one, as I often forget Universe of Energy is even there, so based on that alone perhaps it's what needs to be updated. Though, the thing with the purple dragon also needs to be updated, nobody is there ever (as someone above said, make it Inside Out). My main one is Innoventions since pretty much nothing in there is actually innovative. I know with an ever updating world of technology it is hard to keep up, so maybe think about getting some big tech companies in there to show off, or at least be there as sponsors so they can integrate their technology/concepts into what Disney wants to put there.

I will ask this straight, @Cmdr_Crimson..... Yes or no, if they just redid the video and left it EXACTLY like Cranium Command, would you be satisfied?

Epcot seemed to me to be a park more oriented towards adults and people who prefer to relax while visiting the world pavilions. I think that is the main reason why people visit the park. They do have the test track ride, space ride, and the ride inside the globe. But personally, I wouldn't go to the park just to ride those. IMO Epcot is fine the way it is. They could probably add a few more nations or geographic regions to the world showcase pavilions. If I were Disney I would focus mainly on expanding Magic Kingdom park to relieve congestion. That was the glaring issue I saw. They need to spread it out. You are subject to a lot of sensory overload in a relatively small area with tight walkways and corridors. Add in the crowds and it can give you a headache pretty quickly.
