What attraction is overrated?

A lot here will disagree with me, but I find COP to be kind of boring.

Never knew COP was a high rated attraction.

Peter Pan is the top on my list (for the wait time that is). Still wish they would go the way of Shanghai and add boats with 2 rows in them to help with capacity issues.

This has been asked a bunch but I love answering it....'Test Track' for anyone over 16. Wow..sit in a convertible with the top down, drive a little bit fast, corner quick, brake hard, get hot, get cold...yawn...
Close second. 'Toy Story Midway Mania'- Sit and play a video game....yawn...

TSMM for me. It's a ride I'll do if I can get a FP for it, but I'd never wait more than about 20 minutes for it. What makes it fun is if you're with a bunch of people and you try to get the highest score, or try to beat your score from the last time you rode it.

Also FWIW, I can't ride it after eating or else I feel like I'm going to vomit. Is it just me or does that ride spin around way too much...

I know I have already given one answer but I would also have to say TSMM, I prefer BLSS tbh. The wait time is much shorter and I prefer using the gun instead of the pull mechanism.

I have a few that I don't really get:

First, TSMM. Pretty fun, just not all that impressive and definitely not worth waiting anything over 30 minutes for.

7DMT I don't care too much for either. The mine scene is nice and I like the landscape of the attraction, but it's just too short and too tame for my liking.

Lastly, I think Star Tours is kind of overrated as well. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun ride, I just don't find it nearly as impressive as I once did.

Definitely Peter Pan. I never saw the appeal. I personally think the components of the show scenes look dated and quite lame.

My family finally got to ride Space Mountain last trip and we all found it pretty overrated, though I think I liked it more than the rest of them.

I have to go with the updated version of Test Track. It was sort of amusing in it's old form. Now it's just senseless, especially wasting the 20 minutes building an imaginary car.

A definite close second though is Under the Sea. As part of the billion + dollar Fantasyland expansion I expected something more than spinning or bouncing plastic characters and average lighting effects.

Test Track - I was expecting so much more the first time I rode it a few years back; I haven't been back on it since...total letdown

Buzz Lightyear SRS & Toy Story Midway Mania - These attractions are moderately entertaining, but I have no idea why they have the popularity and long lines that they do; I just don't get it.

Kali River Rapids - Because it is so short in duration/ride length; why go through all the trouble and money of creating/promoting a new attraction that is less than 5 minutes in duration? I couldn't believe it was over so quick.

I agree with you that it's short, however, one must realize that it's a water attraction that's designed to get you wet. Everything about the flume and the raft design was put in place to get you wet. If the ride were longer, everyone in the raft would be absolutely drenched, to the point where it's no fun. I've heard people point to Splash mountain's length as a comparison, but Splash is a log flume and is designed such that you only get wet on the drop.
For a raft ride, I think the imagineers did a good job in creating and theming an amusement park staple which would just be floating through concrete at your local Six Flags park.

Also, I'm going to assume the people mentioning Soarin' haven't been on Soarin' Over California. SATW has baloozas of CGI apparantly.

Crazy. I just said the same thing to a dear friend the other day. I guess I'm not the only one then. But, you know, far as rides go, some people like to fuss over the Emperor's (or is that the Empress's) new clothes? Hmmmm.

By far the most overrated ride in MK for me is Peter Pan, waaaay too short ride time for the wait time as others have stated. 7DMT would be a close 2nd just because of the wait time, when the queue is 30 mins or less for stand by, I don't think its a bad attraction, just the wait time makes it overrated.
