What are your reccomendations for the best sit down restaurent in EPCOT

Sorry if there had already been a thread on this topic but I just wanted to hear some fresh opinions. For our upcoming trip we can only afford to eat at a couple of sit down restaurents and there are so many options at EPCOT. What do you guys reccomend as the best for atmosphere and food quality? Any advice would be appreciated.

LeCellier would be my choice if I only had one sit down to choose from, but all of the one's I have tried have been exceptional:
-Rose and Crown Pub - The English Pie sampler is great
-Teppanyaki - like Bennihana
-San Angel Inn - Great atmosphere and the food is pretty good too
-Chef's De France
