What are your favorite Quick Service lunch spots?

MK -
Columbia Harbor House is our favorite! I don't even eat seafood and I love it just because of the atmosphere. We really enjoy it in the evenings on the second floor.
Cosmic Rays is always our first stop. The kids love it and it had become a tradition.
Be Our Guest is wonderful for lunch if you can get a reservation.

AK -
We all like different places at AK. We go to Flame Tree for the ribs, Restaurantosaurus for the black bean burger. Yak and Yeti Local Food is great for a snack of fried rice or egg roll.

HS -
There is nothing really here that stands out. We just eat where ever.

Epcot -
Sunshine Seasons! Lots of variety so everyone is happy!

I LOVE tangerine cafe. It's the one QS I always plan on but we're eating at Restaurant Marrakesh this trip so I'm not sure this time.

I definitely want to check out Cosmic Rays even if I don't eat there. I've never been inside. I didn't know about the whole "performance" until recently.

Do go in, at least to see Sonny! The food is OK, we've never gotten anything bad and have always been happy with our burger or chicken- we just stay away from fried stuff since that's nearly always nasty anywhere (except the York fish & chips at WS). The show is fun and if nothing else, grab a soda and sit for a while. Sonny Eclipse is the lounge singer at Cosmic Ray's, and his fun show is music and lame space jokes. There's a lower level seating area in front of the stage, but you can hear and see the show from the upper level, too. If you are in the mood for something quieter, keep going to the far end of the eating area and there's an area that overlooks the castle and water- very pretty view.

If you haven't tried Norway's Kringla Bakery, do yourself a favor and stop by. They have sub sandwiches and pastries that are very good, and a nice eating area. My favorite pastry is the Sweet Almond Bread, but the School Bread is popular, too. We often get this and eat it as we're leaving the park. Or, we get them and save them for breakfast the next morning in our room. So good!

My favorites in each park are: Be Our Guest (MK, FP+ required, CS breakfast or lunch only, French-influenced); Columbia Harbor House (MK, emphasis on lobster rolls and seafood); Tangierine Cafe (Epcot, Moroccan specialties -- I hear great things about Sunshine Seasons at the Land pavilion as well, but we always go back to Tangieriene Cafe so I've never tried it); Flame Tree BBQ (AK, barbecue); Starring Rolls (if you absolutely must eat at HS).

I pretty much agree with the consensus here.

MK : CHH or Cosmic Rays
EPCOT: Sunshine Seasons or just about any of the WS locations
HS: We don't often eat here
AK: Yak & Yeti local cafe if anywhere - we tend to take a short bus trip to AKL
DS: Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich
RESORTS: Mara at AKL, Roaring Forks at WL, Contempo Cafe, Port Orleans QS whose name escapes me. Oh, and CBR.
