I'm planning my upcoming trip and I like to plan around food. It's been 3 years since my last trip and I usually just wing it and end up eating something sub par. What are some awesome QS places for lunch- in or out of the parks? Thanks!

Call me simple but Im all about Casey's at MK. DHS is a a tough one, but we like Fairfax. Seasons at Epcot is good, so is San Angel I think its called? Flame tree rocks at AK.

I actually enjoyed Contempo Cafe inside the Contemporary. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich that was really good, but that's all I've tried.

Inside MK I love Friar's Nook for the pot roast mac n cheese. Not much else on the menu though!
AK's Harambe Market is excellent. If you get that rib dish, share it. That thing is HUGE.
We cannot go to Epcot without getting fish n chips at Yorkshire in UK pavilion. That's our #1 fav.

Cosmic Ray at the Magic Kingdom. Good variety and a floor show! Not wild about the choices at Epcot. We usually end up at Electric Umbrella, though we have done 4 Seasons. Have done Liberty but we're never that far into the park at lunchtime. Ditto the bakery in France, which offers sandwiches, as well. Disney Hollywood Studios we usually go with Backlot Express. Not a great choice, but a reliable one. Flame Tree BBQ is literally the ONLY place we've every had lunch at Animal Kingdom. Flame Tree and Cosmic Ray are our two overall favorites.

Tangerine Cafe (Morocco) is good, if you are a bit adventurous.

I LOVE tangerine cafe. It's the one QS I always plan on but we're eating at Restaurant Marrakesh this trip so I'm not sure this time.

I definitely want to check out Cosmic Rays even if I don't eat there. I've never been inside. I didn't know about the whole "performance" until recently.

MK - enjoyed Cosmic Rays. Has indoor seating for a nice a/c break. Pretty nice choice of menu items. 2 years ago liked Pinocchios alot. Tried it last year and found it terrible. My chicken sandwich was grissely or something. Couldn't even eat it because it grossed me out. Only places we actually at CS meals at.

AK-Flame tree is good and a great value if you are on a dining plan. We also had nice meals at Restarantasaurus. Its a more rare a/c spot in animal kingdom. You also fill your own cups so you can get a refil right before heading out.

HS- only ever tried ABC and we enjoyed it. Not like the greatest meal ever but they had decent choices last year and plenty of indoor seating. The desserts at so many places, if you are on the dining plan, are pretty similiar and not real great at a lot of places but they had some nice "gourmet" cupcakes here that my children really enjoyed. THis year we are trying Fairfax as it looks a lot like Flame tree, at least menu wise.

Epcot - My husband swears by the fish and chips in the world showcase, but it is not something I would want as a meal. Rather greasy. The rest of the family thought Sunshine Seasons was great. Some different choices than you get at most CS. THey have a lot of meals that seam more like TS items...like a big pork chop with mashed potatoes and vegtable. The dessert choices are super numerous and we found quite a few that were fantastic. I also like places like this where you can get a bottled drink. The mexican CS nachos are good and a huge portion that can easily be shared, too.

The food court at Coronado was good. Many choices.
