I would have to say my fave queues are:
1) Space Mountain: my fave ride so I guess it has to be #1. Its long and not a whole lot going on in it, but its a classic and it gives me chills everytime
2) TOT: I like the spralling trees and eery feel to it and once you get into the lobby, the whole theme starts to take over. The in the boiler room, a whole different feel to it..
3)Seas with Nemo: great underwater effect...
4) Toy Story Mania: although I have only been in it very shorty, It is very well done and brings you right into the theme...
5) EE: great themeing to the ride, a lil long but plenty of stuff to see and look at, outside and inside

Top 3:
Toy Story (absolutely loved it!)
Muppet Vision (The pre-video is so funny)
Seas With Nemo (usually walk right through it but I love those fish that make the different shapes!)
Bottom 3:
Soarin' (the one in California is a lot better!)
Space Mountain (I'm not claustrophobic at all but I always feel like I am in there. Hopefully there will be a new one soon!)
Peter Pan (I haven't been on it in years cuz it's just way too long!)

Expedition Everest is great! My wife and I went when there was next to no wait at all, and still took our time walking through slowly. I also like Haunted Mansion, (it's fun to read some of the gravestones) and TOT.
Ellens Energy Adventure was brutal though...no shade.
