What are the ranks of People?

I was wondering how I movie up from "New Here" to something else, like what are the number of posts for each level? Thanks.

Now this brings me to a question I've always had... when people get banned why doesn't all their stuff just get deleted? Like, for instance, disneyanna's photo album... ... and their profiles, etc. Would this help get back some of the bandwidth that they are using? Or is that not how it works? Just wondering... :wave:
