The short rib from South Korea is good, but I live with a Koren roommate who has made me better so I suppose I have been spoiled. He says that the red sauce they put on it, doesn't do it justice. I still loved the Food & Wine version though. The cucumber kimchi is overrated. From what I understand kimchi means it has been "pickeled" in a sense. So it tasted like pickles to me.
