What are the crowds like in may

I have been to Disney World 10 times but never in May. Just wondering how busy the parks are.

Also how do I change my user name from my email address. Obviously new to the forums even though I look at them daily!

May is one of our favorite months to visit WDW as the crowd levels are relatively low and the weather good. We love spending time at the water parks in May then into the parks in the evening.

Early May is a good time to go there. Last part of May especially the Memorial Day weekend is not... also expect some senior trips by high schools to show up in the later part.

May is a great time of year to go as long as you stay away from Memorial Day weekend. We usually go early May and crowds are low and weather is great. The only thing we need to avoid is MK on Grad Nite weekends, but other than that, no probs!

Early May... I went at the end of May and the crowds were a bit insane. I didn't even know it was Star Wars weekend and I am a big fan. It's honestly nothing special though... hate to be downer.

what's the slowest time of year?

thats when I want to go.

"They" claim that the month of January (except New Years Day),
Fall up until Thanksgiving, and after turkeyday to the week before X-mas are the best/sloest times of the year. Although I do not know who "They" are! I have never been in January so I have no opinion, Fall is mild to medium due to the celebrations (F&W & MNSSHP) I do agree that the time between Thanksgiving up to the week before Christmas is a pretty quiet time. :king:
