What are the crowd levels like this week?

We are going next week (arriving Monday after Easter), and am wondering if the parks are as crowded as usual for this time of year (spring break, etc.), or whether the war/terrorism fears have lightened the crowds at all. Please give me hope!!

When we went last year at this same time the crowds werent to bad in the am but by early afternoon things got really crowded. We were still able to get almost everything we had planned to do done. We went back to our hotel for a swim during the real heat of the day and came back in time to have dinner and see the parks lit up at night and do some more rides. Have fun!!!!

I was not actually there to witness Disney crowds, but I was in Orlando on business Wed and Thursday. At one of the breaks a couple of us were discussing how the planes were filled going to Orlando. Lots of kids and teen agers on my flight. One my return flight I was talking to the Southwest counter person about the flight he told me that since Wed virtually every flight going into Orlando is full, not too many folks leaving only 55 on my flight back. I did get to talk to some folks coming back from Disney and they said it was crowded, but they managed to get around and do what they wanted. Space Mountain had an 80 minute wait on one of the days. Hope that helps.

The Southwest guy did tell me flights are filling up/full leaving Orlando starting Sat night through Monday. May be a glimmer of hope.

The parks are VERY busy, and will continue to stay that way next week. Of course, in return for dealing with the crowds, you get fabulous park hours, with the Magic Kingdom open 8:30 am to 12 am, Epcot 9 am to 9 pm, MGM from 9 am to 10 pm, and Animal Kingdom from 9 am to 7 pm. It seems the attendance is slated to continue to be high into the summer, with the recent extension of May's hours--I'm psyched!
