What are the chances that OLC would ever step in?

Just a thought, saw that The oriental land company is partnering with disney for the shanghai disney project, would they ever partner to help make wdw better? or do they only help with the asian parks? Would love to see OLC step in, might be the only way wdw would get evverrything we've dreamt of.
Monorail expansion, new park, adding quality attractions to the existing ones, bringing them to the high standards of the tokyo parks.. a guy can dream, but wondering if this would ever be a possibility, if they would even be interested or if disney would ever be interested.. your thoughts?

Supposedly a financial quirk allowed OLC to do all of the work it does. They are also contractually stipulated by the WDC to have that level of maintenance (which is easy for Dis because they're not the ones paying for it, and poor maintenance is a breach of contract). To be honest, I just can't see why the OLC would step in. I brought up on Laughing Place's boards the possibility of selling WD Parks&Resorts but the responses I receivered were that the division is the 2nd most profitable at the moment, and the theme park business is a bit risky.

disney would need to be in some serious trouble for that to happen.
