I read a recent TR yesterday where the person ate at Flame Tree and was pretty disappointed by the ribs. Dry and tough - hard to cut with the plastic knife, yet too tough to pull off the bone. I'm not lovin' it from this "review." Hope it's a fluke...

I hope that is a fluke too, those are usually some darn good ribs!

My family's picks would be:

MK - Casey's or Pecos Bill's (with me running over to Columbia Harbor House for a lobster roll)
HS - Starring Rolls (although truthfully, we avoid having to eat at HS)
Epcot - Tangeriene Cafe in the Morocco pavilion. The shawarma platters give you a TON of delicious, refreshing food. If hummus and taboouleh aren't your thing, then I'd go to Sunshine Seasons, where everyone can find something they like.
AK - Flaming Tree Barbecue or Tamu Tamu (which offers a spicy beef pita with cold cucumber-mint sauce that my husband and I just love)
