What are some positives about WDW today?

The positives are that in my travels, I have still not found any other place in the world as magical.

To paraphrase the great, giant Ozhead- "Pay no attention to that man (and women) behind the curtain (of anonymity)" They are only happy when miserable. WDW is still the second coolest, most magical place on Earth. Second only to Disneyland.

I love Disney and the entire atmosphere. The main positive is that I can still afford to go. Pretty soon, I will have to win Powerball to be able to got to a Value resort.

The negatives are understandable (maintenance and development of new rides) but a bad day at WDW is better than a great day at my desk. I am just happy to be there. I can sit on a bench on Main Street and just feel the weight of my world starting to lift off of the old shoulders.

I have never vacationed anywhere as wonderful as WDW. WDW immerses you in an experience that truly makes the rest of the world fade away. I personally believe your level of satisfaction rests in what you choose to focus on.

Agree.My 1% bad vibe is having to leave the magic and head home.

On our last few trips, I was so sad and almost in tears when we were leaving. And my DW stands there and stares at me in disbelief and in shock that I get that emotional over leaving. I guess I am what I am, A Disney Freak!

* A fairly clean-cut environment.
* Immersive and quality entertainment experiences.
* A variety of options for family member's interests.

I've always found less than1% bad! Disney is pure magic and with a little planning and pixie dust you can create memories that can't be bought. I have walls full of pictures of special memories. When people ask me why I spend money on a trip I show them our pictures and they seem to understand a little more. Special time with your children is so limited in our busy culture we try to enjoy what down time we have. And it's the only place my boys get along 100% of the time.

Its better than work. But seriously, what kind of post is this? Whats the good part of WDW??? The positives way outweight the negatives. Sure I understand a couple of things bugging you, but if you can't find the positives you probably shouldn't go to WDW.

WAY BETTER THEN WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dawm right!!!! Positives way,way, outweight the negative.
