ok so my interview for spring advantage is monday 7pm n im makin myself nervous thinkin bout the questions and how i answer them and im just wonderin what are my chances of gettin accepted r not accepted i mean do they pretty much accept every1 that they think would be good til they r filled up or are they all selective and take only certain people i dunno im just makin myself nervous n wannna know my chances
My interview was very simplistic. I was asked key questions regarding the role I chose. I chose custodial and operations. My questions were geared toward that. And they were more so of, "if you were put into this or that situation, how would you handle it".
There were a few other questions regarding why I wanted to work at Disney, roommate issues, ect-ect.
The gist of it all is this: they are looking for responses that don't have too many pauses, and that you are mature enough to be on your own, and work for Disney. That was my impression after the interview.
I think the process is different for everyone. It depends who you talk to.
Best advice anyone could give you - be yourself, don't use slang, don't let there be too much of a pause between question and answer, and go with common sense, as well as using knowledge you already know. The questions they will ask does pertain to the role you are doing, and while the questions are absurd now, they will BECOME situations you will find yourself in, during your experience as a CP.
Hope I help ease the nerves. Don't be nervous. And good luck!
