What are ABSOLUTE must-do dining options you would suggest to someone money-tight and sorta picky?

I'm not the pickiest eater in the world, but Idon't like dishes that have a lot of chewy veggies like bell peppers.

As for pricing, say I have a budget of 30 dollars a meal (approx.) to eat out a handful of times through my stay.

I'd like suggestions mostly for MK. Some for Epcot, unless there are more restaurants at Epcot than I think there are.

What month are going to be there... if you are lucky the food and wine festival will be going on and you can get some decent cheap food at some of the kiosks that pop up for it in EPCOT.
