What’s wrong with Zach Ridley?

I'm going to wait until construction is complete to judge. Honestly, from the videos I've seen of the entrance, I'm pleased with their updates. I'm glad they took a cue from a lot of the sporting stadiums with the LED lighting. I can't wait to see it coordinated with the music at night. The flags with the symbols is a nice nod to the original concept, and they brought the fountain sculpture back. They even added color and life to Leave a Legacy.

In my book, so far, so good!

If, like the Winchester Mansion, construction is NEVER complete, when do you judge? Didn't someone say that the parks are not museums and therefore are constantly going to be in a state of construction/destruction?

I don’t think WDI has the creative freedom they once did. They are more than likely told which franchise to integrate and where, with only the “how” left up to them.

Zach is either a sock puppet or he’s just doing what he can to keep a cool job. Perhaps he really is a fan, and is biding his time until the robots leave upper management. I’d probably do the same thing if I were in his position.
That’s a shame, that’s what gave Disney parks the success they have now. You can watch the story at home, Disney was supposed to be our story, our movie, our adventure.

Yeah, I haven’t been there yet since they showed up ...I’m hoping somehow.....just somehow ....they become transparent.

I don’t see how either...I mean, I really liked the sunsets there around world showcase. Now..it’s gonna be weird.
Still, I’m hoping those things perform like Evil Knievel Over 20 buses. Not Fonzie jumping something at Arnold’s

I disagree. if you go to Epcot intending to obsess about the barges the entire day, yes they will bother you the entire day- but you chose to obsess about them.

However if you go to Epcot, to experience the attractions, the pavilions, the food and drink with friends and family you’ll notice them once in a while and then resume your visit and have an enjoyable day.

I make the choice to not obsess over a work in progress and wait until it is completed and operating as intended before I pass judgement on it. It makes my visits to Epcot much more pleasant.

Allot of us haven’t been there since the pandemic so all we see are these close ups, you think tho they would put them on a track like the Mark Twain.

Good for you? I was willing to reserve judgement until I saw them in person. They are definitely worse than they come off in photos. The view around WS is an attraction for me.

And then there would've been the outrage of having to have drained the lagoon to install the tracks and how hideous to look at WS with no water!

I thought Harmonious was Steve Davison’s project? Or did that change at some point? Steve was even featured in the first behind the scenes video of the construction.
