I posted about this in the Imagineer forum (didn't know where was a good place to post it)

I agree, this does sounds a lot like the idea of EPCOT the city, even though it's starting much smaller. They're still separating the transportation, having a testbed of future technology and also inviting other companies and researchers to help out.

This is very exciting to me and I've already submitted my information to be potentially part of it (I'm starting a 3D printing company)

Awesome Chris - good luck with your work. I’m interested to see how it plays out for Toyota and all of us really.
