Week Before President's Day

This is my first post - I love this site! :)

DW and I are considering getting a room at one of the All-Star resorts the Thursday and Friday before President's Day. My question is: are the parks usually pretty crowded the week before that day? I know that weekend is terrible, but what about the days leading up to it? Touring Plans says that Thursday is like any of the other ones in Jan and Feb, but I wanted to hear the experiences you all have had during that time. I'm hoping to get in a few more rides on Space Mountain before it closes for refurb. Thanks for the help!

I would definitely trust touringplans on that one. They have never failed me. I've been the week before President's day (it was several years ago) but it was great!:)

Thank you! That's why I love this site, everyone is so helpful. :)

TouringPlans says that the Friday is also a fine day to go, so I think that is what we're going to do. Does anyone else have any advice for us?
