You best place to start would be the official Disney wedding site.

To have the ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion would be the "Premium Vow Renewal" package that begins at $4200 per couple. (You can do the ceremony at other sites, such as the beach at the Polynesian or a gazebo at the Yacht Club, that would cost less that the Pavilion)
The "Intimate" package is limited to 10 people total--you 2 plus 8 guests.
This includes 5 days worth of Park Hoppers and 4 nights at a moderate resort.
