Website maker thing?

Does anyone know of a good program that makes websites (and is free )
I used to always use Netscape Composer, but now we deleted Netscape, and to my knowledge, IE doesn't have anything like that.
I would like one that's almost exactly like Netscape Composer, because I like it so much.

The only one I know that makes web sites and is free is Yahoo geocities. They stink though I would keep searching sorry I couldn't help more.

Mozilla at www.mozilla.org is what we had to use in school...

It uses the same interface as Netscape...

Really that's all I use. I have no idea what Composer's setup is like, so I wouldn't know what to recommend.

Yahoo's free "pagebuilder" hardly sucks. If you know how to use it right, it can do incredible things for a free program.
