it your school is on a 5-point scale (are they stuck in the 60s) a 3.0 might be required to be considered in good standing. most likely, though, you have to shoot for a 2.0 or better. but if you have a 2.0, you need to probably focus a bit more on your studies than anything else. :)

I am an alum from Fall 1992. Disney on your resume, whether you make a career of the company or not, will open doors for you later in life. I would recommend the WDWCP to everyone.

another question, does it cost anything to do the college program?

no, but don't plan on making much money during the program. the reps told us beforehand that they like for you to go home about even (meaning you made enough to cover expenses while you were down there). however, it should be noted, that i can back with a little bit of credit debt both times.

oh, and rent comes directly out of your paycheck. for a 3 or 4 bedroom it's 67 a week. not too bad. :)

Now I have a question. When you apply for the college program, do they look at your past job experience? I work as a cashier at a fabric/craft store, would they say that it is not enough experience? Thanks.

That should be plenty of experience. I know people that had less than that, some not having any work experience. Working as a cashier would probally land you a job in merchandise if you wanted it. I worked as a cook and that's where I ended up on my CP.

I think they look at it to see what experience you have working so they can place you in a possible good fit in a working location.
