Thank you !There's a website that tracks all of the weather related apps and locations and will give you the accuracy percentage for each so you know which is more reliable for whatever area you're looking for. For example, AccuWeather may be more accurate for Chicago but less accurate in Los Angeles. weather.com may be more accurate for Chicago than Orlando and so on.

I do not have it constantly running in the background. Google's stock Android app uses Weather Channel data.I don't like Weather Channel because it spams you with ads and then asks if you like the Weather Channel.
