"The Orville" and "The Mandalorian" are fun but I think we could have a fun space adventure on TV that doesn't look cheap and tacky like "The Orville" or set in the Star Wars universe like "The Mandalorian".
I think we need something like "Mass Effect" on Netflix or Disney Plus. Maybe it could be set in the Horizons universe.
When I first played "Mass Effect" in 2014 after a friend nagged me to play it I was blown away. It was unlike anything I have ever played before and before playing it I had no interest in sci fi or space. I felt like a kid at Disney World when I first set foot on the Citadel for the first time. I was filled with a sense of awe and wonder.
We need something of the highest quality on TV that reminds us of what humanity can be if we utilize science and technology.
And it should have music in it as well.
