I think this "rating" system is ridiculous...I don't want to see the Terror alert every morning like my weather report...has anybody seen MSNBC, for CNN?...they have a "TERROR ALERT: HIGH" crawl posted...that's not helping anybody...I would like to know WHY, so I can prepare!
