We are planning on being down in Florida from Feb. 24 to March 8th and I was wondering what to pack. How is the weather at that time and should I pack a swimsuit? Thanx in advance.

Definitely pack a swimsuit. Your will see highs from the mid 70s to around 80. Lows will be low 60s to high 50s. It is a great time of year to go weather wise. Not too hot, and not cold.

Yea, what he said. There can be some pretty cool mornings though, so layer a bit. However, you are coming in from Wisconsin whereas I used to go there that time of year from Vermont. I went just about every year for 34 years and only once did I need a light jacket. Locals were dressed in parka's, mittens and knit hats. Usually by 11 or so the temps are up to a more comfortable level.

Check on the website and it will tell you what kind of weather Disney has for the time you are going. But do it closer to the days you are going so it's more correct.

Swimsuits don't take up a lot of space, so I always bring one even if I am not sure I will need it or not.

So fun! Congratulations on your upcoming trip. We’ve been only once at that time in 2016 and it was windy and 60s mostly so I wouldn’t have gone swimming but that’s just me and I think that temp and the wind was a fluke.

Just make sure to pack a jacket and long pants. It can be in the upper 60s to low 70s or, for us Floridians, posterior freezing cold. I've been that time of year for the past 3 years. Temperatures have ranged from the 50s to low 70s during the day. And we might be getting a colder winter this year. Yea! Kill those mosquitoes.

I wear a t shirt and jeans every time I go no matter the weather. But until late march I always suggest bringing a sweater.

Hi OP's : We are going to be there the same time as you 
We went February of this year to WDW, and it was the first time for that time of year. We were apprehensive, as we always go in Nov or early Dec. But circumstances worked out that we could not do it last year, so we decided on mid February.
We must have been very lucky, because the weather was great, 70's and 60's, with no bad weather. I know we were very lucky though. We are from N. Minnesota, so 70 and 60 was like summer to us
I just wore jeans and a long sleeved tshirt and a light jacket on the plane down. Then I brought tshirts, capris and shorts.
I know it can get cold, so I did pack a heavier sweater just in case.
I think you will like that time of year, we sure did. The BGT's were almost nonexistent and not a problem. There were a lot of cheerleaders, but no problem. The wait times weren't bad at all. But if you want decorations, there are none.
For us, no decorations was okay. We've been the past 6 years at Halloween and Christmas time with all the decorations, so it was a nice change. Have fun!

Those aren't "bring a swimsuit" temps, unless the pool is heated. I need water temps to be in the 80s or I'm not going in lol

Hey, have fun. We went last week of November this year and it was excellent swimming weather. The only knock with those dates is that Pirates will be closed the entire time you are there.
