We are going again in May

Our last trip to WDW was in Feb 2017 (my kid's first), we are going back again in May (2-9). My daughter is a HUGE Toy Story fan. I have heard that the TSL may open in May. Is there any chance this will happen during our trip? Don't want to get my daughter's hopes up if there isn't a chance. We are staying at the Dolphin for part of the trip and then the Beach Club for the last few days. Haven't stayed at either before and thought we would try them out. Thanks in advance for any advice/help.
