WDWRR and FoF timed?

For no apparent reason, this has been on my mind for the past few days. Is the WDWRR and the FoF parade timed so that they don't run up on each other at the Frontierland crossing? Then again it is just a five car train so I would think that it wouldn't disrupt anything if it came through. The only thing that I could think of that would be bad if it happen, is that if the gates came down at the same time that a float was going across the tracks.

They can't "time" it because it doesn't account for delays and hold ups during the parade. I believe the trains just hold at their stations until given the all clear from the parade.
