WDWMAGIC Subscription Login changes

The main site subscription system at http://www.wdwmagic.com/login.asp is currently undergoing a major update, and will will not be accepting new subscriptions or logins to the existing system for a few hours.

Please check back here for updates later today.

The login system has been re-engineered to provide a single username for the main site, forums, reviews and photoalbums. The idea is to make it far more easier for members to access all the areas of WDWMAGIC, and a single area to change passwords, usernames and personal details.

If you have a paid PayPal subscription prior to 06 September 2004, please go to http://support.wdwmagic.com and complete a support ticket for "WDWMAGIC Login Conversion" to have your account moved to the new login system. Please ensure that you are a member of the forums prior to submitting your support ticket, as this information will be needed to complete the conversion. Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your support.

It would be nice to have the user/pass the same for both sites (the forum and the main site) but as of now I am unable to log on to the main site even though I am paid up till Apr 02, 2005. The support ticket does nothing, at least it does not send out any conformation emails or seem to make or hold any "tickets" as far as I can tell, at least to me. I have tried several times and nothing have happened, no email, no access. I have even tried emailing and got no where that way either.

Can someone please help?
