GPRS runs over GSM (or to a lesser extent, TDMA) networks, not CDMA.

Not sure how we got into encryption as it isnt really relevent, but the basic point of the thread is that it is possible for guests at WDW to use their cell phone service, with a variety of access methods, to view webpages.
