I've wondered the same thing. While I will try it for the first time in September, I have not been impressed with the menu offering. I'm hoping to be surprised.

Don't get me wrong, I've eaten there and the food is good. However, making it a 'signature' dining experience? they may have to add or enhance the menu a bit to make it an actual 'signature' for some.
