here's mine. I always use good ol' paint, and after the mousepaper contest, I will try to use original drawings and no pictures copied from something else.

Nope, it a traditional chinese costume. Ya know the japanese have thier own robes, kimonos, etc. Chinese have that, a jacket and a 'kilt' (I guess that's what you'd call it :lol: ). I took that off a greeting card where's he's wishing the person good fortune, etc. If you ever attend a chinese wedding you'll see one of these FOR SURE! :lol: I'm pretty sure you've seen it before, just think Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Although I've never seen the movie I'm pretty sure that you'll see one person wearing something like that.

I came to realize this also. When I draw for the poster/wallpaper contests (trying to be original) it takes me FOREVER.. at least 8 hours everytime at the minimum. I haven't had the time to do any of the latest contests. I did change my avatar recently. I drew that sucker in 5 minutes, scanned it, resized and that's good enough for me. I'll just apply the same tactic to future contests or learn to draw detailed sketches 82% faster or something.
