Things seemed a "tad" quieter than they have been any other day since the 24th. But not much. I cannot wait for the 3rd to roll around so we can start the quieter half of our vacation.

I was more than pleasantly surprised by AK today as well. I'll grant that EE hit 85 minutes by the time we left this afternoon, but that's not unsurprising in the least. Might even be on the light side for the time of year..

We hit MK after fireworks tonight and it was no different than a standard summer night. Walk ons after 10 pm on anything without a Mountain in its name.

This was also the first time I had ever visited a double EMH park before. Lots of crazy energy for the NYE preview. We REALLY liked the party across the park feel. Kinda wish this was a normal thing one night a week or so maybe in the summer. It was a very cool vibe.

This should level out normally going into Marathon Weekend.

I think if you get to the parks earlier, or stay there late for EMH it wouldn't be too bad. We were there right after opening everyday this week and we were able to get a lot done before it got insanely crowded. I would have loved to stay later after the fireworks since the crowds definitely died down then too, but I was with my grandparents who were tired (and wouldn't let the kids, my 20 yr old self and 17 yr old cousin) stay out past the fireworks without them.
