If you become a member at www.disneyworld.com, there will be a little thing that says, click here to recieve WDW Video free! or something like that. I got the video finally, but it took almost 3 years to get after we requested it about 5 times.

What happens if u constantly order it? I mean, I got one last year, and then I went to WDW, now even though I don't have a trip planned, i think I'll get one.

I mean, could you order one every 2 months?

I ordered a copy online but was a bit disappointed. The info is a but vague and is obviously one sided. You can find much more honest info on sites like this.

Yeah, there's a number you can call, but dagnabbit, i can't remember it. I think you can find it on disneyworld.com. I think it to be strange that it took so long for you guys to get your videos. I got last years and this years and it only took about 3 weeks for it to get here. Hmm.... dunno. :(

Probably everytime something new is placed in DIsney. I'm sure in a few months they'll make a new one with prime-evil whirl and other attractions...

My video is a few years old (when the cruise line first came out). But I noticed something in it...not one kid! Does Disney make more than one video to cater to different age groups? I remember calling the phone number to order it, but can't remember if they asked my age. They might have asked how many adults/children in the household....just wondering...

I know all about these videos since I have a collection dating back to 1997. First of all, Disney comes out with a new one every year. Usually around October. They used to have 3 different age categories: Family, for mom dad and the two kids. Pre-family, for the younger single types, and post-family for the senior-citizens. I find Pre-fam to be the best since they focus more on the rides. Recently they have added a new category, Grandparents, for those grandma's and pa's who want to take little timmy. I have pretty much every version for the last 5 years. You can order them from the Disney World website, (last year they did a CD-Rom too) or from an 800 number that they change every year. I usually go through the travel agent though since my friend's mom is one and a fellow Disney Fan who lets me use her liscense number so I order all at once. Call it a perk.

When you order it - if you don't receive it within 4 weeks order another one. It makes no sense who gets one right away and who doesn't. I ordered ours 3 times over the course of 6 months. The second time I ordered it - my father ordered one for them shortly after. He received his about 2 weeks back. I ordered it a 3rd time and finally about 3 weeks later I got one -- FINALLY. By the way - the first one I ordered online, 2nd over the phone, and 3rd online again. I was so frustrated.

When I ordered it online - it asked if we had children. My husband and I don't have any kids yet, so they set us a video that caters to adults without kids. So, my guess is that if you want one about kids stuff, too you better ask for it. A lot of the info is out of date. Like the early entry for resort guests, the star wars weekends, etc..... Otherwise it was okay. More for firsttimers.
