WDW Versus DL

I didn't feel cramped at all. The castle is MUCH smaller than WDW - think two story house compared to ours. Main Street seemed shorter.

True eveything is more compact but, as others have said, everything is very detailed. I like their Pirates much better than WDW's. And I was lucky enough to see their HM when it was decorated for Nightmare Before Christmas. Amazing!

And you can walk between the two parks. No bus transport. Just walk across the courtyard.

With the possible exception of Sleeping Beauty Castle, I don't think you'll be disappointed by the size of DL. It's true that it's smaller than MK and doesn't handle the crowds quite as well. But there's just so much detail and everything is so well laid out that I don't think you'll feel any more cramped than you would during an average busy day at MK. You'll definitely do a lot less walking.

At DCA, you won't feel cramped at all. In fact, you might just think you're the only guest in the park. Chances are, you will be.

But when I went, I didnt feel cramped at all. The castle is a bit hard to get used to though...after seeing Cinderella Castle, Sleeping Beauty Castle looks more like a souvenir than the centerpiece to me.
