WDW Site Problems

Hi All. I was on the WDW site and logged on. Then I clicked on my Disney Vacation and then clicked on my iteniary (sp?) of my upcoming vacation. The only thing it said was hotel:eek:ther, tickets: not needed and Dates of Trip: May 7-12th. When I was on it 2 weeks ago, it listed full details, hotel name, guest names, flight information and my balance. It had a place to make a payment as well.

What is going on? Anybody else have this problem?:confused:

Ive had so many problems with the disney website, if im using internet explorer when i click on the USA site it doesnt load the page properly and if i click on anything it all just freezes, if i use mozillla it seems to work better to. I tried to log in, and when it works your right it doesnt have as much info anymore on it. Plus other than the front page nothing else has changed, maps are way out of date, and some maps even are numbered wrong or with dots in the wrong place! I just don't understand why they do not fix their site, or update it? i Just hope they update all the maps and info by the time everest offically opens..... a side note apart from everest aint on any map either is the new water ride at typhoon lagoon! any thoughts anyone?:king:

I had a similar problem this week--all of my specific info disappeared just like yours did. I thought it may be because we changed our package slightly, but maybe it is a site issue.

Nice to hear that other people are having problems as well. My reservation is completely gone from the website. It does not even say that I have a reservation at all.

My reservation had seemingly disappeared also. I did figure out you can still see the details if you enter your reservation number and phone number on the My Reservations area.

Me too! I was sooo scared at first. But if you go to the place where you type in your reservation number and phone number, it has all your info. Phew!

Ok, good, was just about to post a topic asking about this. The past couple weeks I've been having no problems on the site while checking out the packages and such. Now all of a sudden, hardly any of the pages load or it takes forever. Glad to see it's not just my computer, but it is rather annoying.

same here. at least this site saved me a call to Disney

(in internet explorer)Try going to Tools > Internet options > Delete Files (from Temporary internet files section) > Check delete all offline content > Click OK > Close all internet explorer windows and reload the Disney World site.

This might help. It did on my computer.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I am using FireFox and it is them not me. I just clicked the link I was trying to get to a few times and eventually the request went through. The issue is bandwidth. They don't have enough of it.

I know the site is still having problems but when I go to the my reservations area and put in my confirmation # and phone # and my details come up everything is right except where it once said Dining plan it no longer says this. I have purchased the dining plan and it should be there right? It was there before the site went down and now it's not. should I call disney about this and make sure everything is right?

I called today to make a payment on my reservation and told the reservationist about the site. She was surprised and had not heard a thing about it. She said she would let technical support know or something like that. I can not even get on site, just says loading and nothing happens.
Very frustrating:confused:

I went back to WDW site today and it stills says just loading. There is a link for Search Disney, so I clicked on it .Then it brought me to a page I never saw before, with a guest servives link.Then I clicked on it and then it had a part for me to log in and it has my information. Then I went back to search bar, typed in My Disney Vacation and then I had to log in again.I was finally able to get to my iteniary and see all of my information and make a payment. Only one payment left....so excited... Seems like an awful lot just to make a payment. Hope they get their site up and running soon.
