Hello, I just called the WDW Travel Co. at 8.35am est. and the CM told me the ressie system was going to be down for 2 hours due to "system enhancements". I only waited about 5 min, i guess cause the CM's are just sitting around looking at a blank screen. MikeB
It doesn't matter. System is down for "enhancements" usually at least once a day.Things like this should be done on a third shift :shrug:

Somethings broken and it's going to take time to get it fixed. No enhancements are really being done.
I was about to say the same thing. I work for a software developing company and I'm sure something crashed.
Disney has been known to make upgrades during business hours.

No its not. DRC for WDW closes at 10pm eastern with folks scheduled a little after that to clear any calls already in the queue. Just like the resort front desk system, some of the systems used have to be down in order to upload/download data to the front desk.
They open at 7 am. Now Paris is in the building at around 2 am, but they only take calls for the DL Paris and those calls are normally from the UK.

The website is open for reservations almost 24x7, or could/should be.
