Why not? Flood away!I think there are quite a few of us here who love the WDWRR. We probably have so many train photos we would like to share that it would flood the WDW Photo of the Day Thread. So, I thought we could just start a thread with train photos and see if there is enough interest to keep it going. I have quite a few I would like to share.
Even if you have already shared a train photo elsewhere feel free to put it here too.
Let's try to keep it to one photo per day per person like some of the other photo threads to spread the fun.
I will start with a photo I made of Roger this past March.

According to the engineer, everything that is painted is hot. Everything that is NOT painted is VERY hot!
Note the towel wrapped around a pipe to keep the fireman from getting burned when reaching for the valves in front of that pipe.
Also, you can see the fire through the open port to the firebox.

This is a photo of the steam injector on the Walter E. Disney locomotive. To me it is one of the most fascinating technologies on the locomotive. It is used to inject water into the boiler by using steam from the boiler.
