the no fly zone is only over the MK and it only says you have to be 3,000 or 3,500 feet up can't remeber wha it was now.

there are many ways of enforcing height requirements without swoping in with two f-16 fighter jets and shooting down the plane. they can stop the pilot when he gets back to the airport and deal with him then they can track him on radar and find out where he is going. besides from those pictures I'm sure he was above the requiements. To be perfectly honest maybe by now they have removed the height requirements. I haven't heard that but I'm not a pilot.
