Yep. There was also a permit earlier this month for a 5 month refurb of Skippers Canteen. Sounds like they didn't finish everything they wanted to on these restaurants.

I'm thinking it's kitchen related, but that's a pure guess based on the fact that they share a kitchen.
That is very possible, although I do recall someone posting that there was theming in Skippers Canteen that did not get complete at the time it opened.

I honestly hope that is the case as the theming is very underwhelming currently

There were also a bunch of magical permits today, paving of a bunch of back stage areas, repair of grease traps in Tomorrowland and lift stations in frontier land. Just remember this is the stuff I wade through everyday to bring you the cool stuff.

Good practice for when they Imagineer the 'Streets of Coruscant' attraction.
There was a permit today for the Haunted Mansion for contractor MLC Theming. Doesn't expire until 12/30/2016. Anyone know what this might be for?

There was a permit filed for electrical "Feature Animation Cyber Lab" at DHS today. Anyone know what this is? Is this a guest area of something backstage?
