WDW or DLR for the best Christmas experience?

It amazes me how anyone can claim either Christmas parade or fireworks show are clear winners. You may have a favorite... But they are all really well done Disney performances. It's not like we are comparing frozen the musical at DCA to frozen sing along.

Do DLR for HM Holiday. It's a really special Disney attraction that you can only experience at DLR and I personally doubt that it will be around for the rest of the park's history.

I hate Christmas in general so nothing else is that appealing to me (IASW Holiday is really nothing special, aside from how awesome the facade looks at night) but HM Holiday is worth experiencing.

I'd have serious reservations (no pun intended) about visiting either location, but since you're committed, I'd stick with your WDW plan. The Cali parks, when they're crowded (and I'm assuming they would be at Christmas) are miserable. At least at WDW, you can park-hop to the wastelands of Epcot and DHS to get some minor relief, or hit mini-golf or a water park (assuming the weather's not too cold) if they're packed as well.
If they are actually going during the Christmas week, I agree. The OP isn't clear as to whether they are discussing the actual holiday week, or during the Christmas season at the parks.
