Getting banned is good but the least of the guy 's concerns. His concerns would be he would going to a place where his cellmates could be more crazy than him.

This occurs in all sectors of society and unfortunately Disney is not immune to such egregious behavior. 22 years long time it never came to light. Hope they throw the book at him and through the key away rots in jail if it's true

Who is "they" in your question? If it's Disney, well, it's something he's doing on his own time so there would be no reason for them to know. If it's law enforcement, I think that's a much more complicated question. Terrible.
I remember some office peers that used to surf the internet looking at unrelated matters instead of actually working during the day hiding in their office cubicles pre iPhone times. Now they can do it anyplace anytime. Would not surprise me if he did it while working at Disney.
