What books, fiction and nonfiction (except travel guides) feature WDW. I know "Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom" and "Waking Walt" but what else? Thanks!!!

Theres one great book about Epcot. It's called Walt Disney's Epcot: Creating the world of tomorrow. It was published in 1982, so you'll have to use ebay to find a copy. It's a wonderful book, with tons of illustrations and photos of Epcot pre and just shortly post opening. Just be sure you get the 224 page version, and not the smaller 128 page one!

"Since The World Began" by Jeff Kurtti is a great book which was released around 1996 or 97. It's an easy read with great info and pictures. It provides some especially good reading about the setting up of the Reedy Creek Improvement District, and many of the backstage facilities and operations at WDW that you would never associate with a resort. The Imagineering book provides tons of great pix and info- I recommend it. I haven't picked up John Hench's book yet but I hear it's very good. I also recommend David Koenig's books "Mouse Tales", "More Mouse Tales", and "Mouse Under Glass". Also if you're unfamiliar with it, I highly suggest Jim Hill's website jimhillmedia.com for some great dirt on what goes on behind the scenes at the Disney company that isn't readily available on many of the other websites....Hope I helped

A few more good ones are "Building A Company" by Bob Thomas which is about Roy Disney, "The Art Of Disney"by Christopher Finch, "Building A Dream:The Art Of Disney Architecture" by Beth Dunlop, and one that should be especially popular these days "The Keys To The Kingdom: How Michael Eisner Lost His Grip" by Kim Masters. Due to recent happenings if they were to put out a new edition of this one - it probably would double in size!!!
