The 50's Prime Time is a great place to go for birthdays. Just about any disney restaraunt will sing and bring out cake (I think), and it's fun to suprise the person whose birthday it is.

may sure to stop off at guest services at the park and get a birthday button then from what i hear the CMs have fun with that

Tea Party

I personally love having tea...
I've read that the Mad Hatter's Tea Party is lots of fun, or if you prefer, the Afternoon Tea at Garden Terrace in GF is reported to give a cupcake to the special birthday girl.

Also I've read online something about a birthday pin you pick up at... Town Hall??
