By the way - - we have already discussed this and have come to a conclusion. . . but I don't see the point in bringing back threads for means of personal attacks.

And now back to our regularly scheduled thread. . .

It's mostly older people working in the winter season (I believe their status is CT or CS???? But you'd have to ask someone who actually works with them to be sure...) and younger people (not CP kids... these are high school age) during the summer.

Just as a sidebar: I don't have a personal vendetta going on or anything. I just am very opinionated like yourself and I rarely, if ever, seem to agree with your opinions.

They are SEASONAL positions. Their contract will only run for the summer, hence they will not be laid off their contracts will end.

That will be me. I'll be down there from June to Aug. Got get my networking skills going for my AI.

If I recall correctly, they used to be 16 hours - two days. One very recent report said 8:00 - 12:00 (4 hours - one morning).

Sadly, it really shows.

Grizz my dear it is only 4 hours for the College Program kids, it is still 8 hours for the regular CMs, then 1 day at your park about your park then 3 days On the Job training.

So things are not as bad as people make them out to be.

you sure now...

I had to retake traditions this last February, and I was there just under 4 hours.

Too bad I can't work seasonally...since working at the Disney Store is considered a conflict of interest...so I'll guess I won't be working on my vacation this summer...:( Wish I could though...

How many CPs were in your room?

When I went through the auditions for Traditions my first question was about the length of the class, and that is what was told to me. This was a month ago.

there were about 20 people, and only 3 were CP's in mine...

maybe I was just a fluke?
