Hey everybody I am going to WDW in December 2003! Yeah! For a seven day on site trip. I am going with my sisiter and brother in law! I can not wait we are flying down there. Oh man I can not wait! I have a a few questions for the big time Disney experts here at this site.

Question #1. Will Mission: Space and Phillarmagic be up and running by then?

Question #2. What are some secrets of WDW (Resorts, Parks, anything I should know)

Question #3. What are the essentials I should take with me?

Question #4. Where should I shop and eat in each area and at Downtown Disney?

Question #5. Will there be any other new rides built between now and then, if so what?

Thank you I can not wait! LOL! YEAH!

You can finish DAK in one day. As for the other two, it is possible to see the parks...but not possible to do everything in the parks. If the parks are really empty you got a shot. I'd give MK/Epcot a 1.5 days to finish them for sure.

Which park is open the latest and why?

Where is the best place to rest in each park and at Downtown Disney?

Epcot closes at 9 (why? FW opens at 11, i guess) & DAK closes at 5 for sure. the other two parks i'm not too sure about, I think closing will depend on the day & crowds.

Best place to rest...anywhere with AC! Some great places are the shops or restaurant areas.

I agree whole heartedly with dreamer on this one. You can see any of the parks in a day but the chances of doing everything in the park in the day are slim. Generally Epcot is open the latest but that also depends on what weekend you are going. Go to www.wdisneyw.co.uk/hours.html for this past Dec. so you can get an idea!

11 days and counting..:sohappy:

Well it doesn't really matter if I can get it all done in one day cause I am staying for 7!

YEAH!

Anyway thanks for all of this wonderful advice I did however think of one last question.

What are the refurbs scheduled for December 2003?

In December is CoP and Timekeeper open, one answer was pointing towards a yes but I didn't get a definite.

In regards to the Water Parks in Dec. it is definitely a wait and see type thing. Two years ago, we spent a full day at Blizzard Beach in early Dec. and it was almost 90 degrees!

Also for eating options, on a night that MK closes early you might consider taking the boat to the Wilderness Lodge and trying Whispering Canyon Cafe or Artist Point!
