Has anybody out there ever been able to earn a Girl Scout patch that had anything to do with a visit to Walt Disney World? If so, how did you earn the patch?

My daughters--a Brownie and a Junior Girl Scout--have been trying to formulate a way of earning one or making one for our upcoming trip (that starts in 11 days!!!)

Any insight would be appreciated.

Do they give out badges for multiculturalism or anything geography related? Maybe you could do the passport program all around EPCOT - I think they're called kidcot fun stops? They stamp a kid's EPCOT passport, make crafts and learn a little something about each country.

Hope that helps - have a fun trip!

Do they have hiking badges? I know I've hiked about 7 miles a day at WDW (had a pedometer) Is there a badge having to do with animals (Disney's Animal Kingdom) ? What about a photography badge (We've taken hundreds of photos at the World) ?

If I recall...and it's been a long time since I was in girl scouts...they have an option to create your own patch. Why don't you design one with some mickey ears...and have the girls take one of the tours.

Thanks for all the responses.

The thought was to possibly have the girls design one. Problem is, how do they justify earning it? That's why I posted the query/thread...because we need some ideas, particularly if someone out there has been able to earn a patch for scouts.

See if you can go on one of the tours of Land or something like that and see if you can get something for agriculture or something like that.
