Has anyoe recieved their dvd yet or is everyone still waiting also?? If so, is it decent?

I got mine about a month ago and it is a great DVD. I especially like the attraction highlights. It's really fun!

The DVD is great... a LOT of animation in the menus though... which tends to bog down... other than that... this most recent trip planning DVD is 20X's better than any souviner DVD you will pay $27 bucks for in the parks.

The resort section on the DVD is great to... I could sit there and watch the poly one all day and dream..lol.

I must be lucky, I got mine w/in two week of ordering it!


It's okay, some of it annoyed me, with all the hubble-bubble. But it kept the 3 year old we were watching entertained. It's basically just the same as always. However, they focus a little on Magical Gatherings, trying to get people to find out about it.

Mine came about 3 weeks ago. It is great, lots of features and info on the resorts and parks.
One thing to look for- In every single shot of Epcot and SE, the wand is missing from SE. Must have used old footage.

Mine came approx. 3-4 weeks after I requested it. I love it! It reminds me of the old Disney World Explorer computer CD combined with the old promotional video tapes they used to send. I'm having a lot of fun with mine.

And Pop Century looks GREAT on it.:sohappy:

I agree. This DVD is much better than the one for purchase at WDW. I love the resort section!

There's a nice video of Mission Space. I think Philharmagic and Wishes are both mentioned, but if there's video of either, I haven't seen it yet (not sure if I've seen everything on there yet).

It has very nice videos of the resorts and big name rides, and it has nice maps telling you where everything is, but it doesn't seem to completely cover all the smaller attractions.

Yes, the one i just got over the weekend does. I had received a different version earlier in the year that was profiling the Animal Kingdom Lodge as the new resort. The latest dvd has "Magical Gathering" as it's central focus. The new one also has the Pop Century resort on it.

The funny thing, I didn't request a new dvd. They just sent it. It was a very welcomed surprise.
